Lawn care season runs May through September, depending on the weather. Monthly plans are billed as one flat amount rather than per visit. Every plan keeps the same scheduled route day each week, weather permitting. If conditions make mowing unsafe or pointless (heavy rain, lightning, standing water), we'll reschedule and let you know rather than skip you without notice.

When does the mowing season run?
May through September, depending on the weather. We start once the ground is firm and the grass is actively growing, and wrap up when it stops in the fall.
How does monthly billing work?
Weekly and bi-weekly plans are billed as one flat monthly amount rather than per visit, for each month of the mowing season. Easier to budget, and no invoice after every mow.
How often will you actually mow?
Weekly plans run the same fixed day all season, depending on the weather. Bi-weekly runs every other week on a fixed day. We text before every visit either way.
What happens if it rains on my scheduled day?
Your day stays the same week to week, weather permitting. If conditions make mowing unsafe or pointless, we'll reschedule and let you know. We won't just skip you without notice.
Can I switch between weekly and bi-weekly mid-season?
Yes, tell your route contact and we'll adjust your monthly plan starting the next billing cycle.
What if I just want a one-time mow before a listing or event?
That's exactly what the One-Time visit is for. Priced per visit, no monthly commitment.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly plans run month to month and you can cancel before your next billing month. The only exception is a season deal: if you sign up for a special offer, like a free gutter cleaning for committing to the whole mowing season, you agree to stay on your plan through the end of that season.
