49th State Lawn & Snow runs year-round property care for Palmer, Lazy Mountain and the Mat-Su Valley. Mowing and cleanup through the growing season, plowing routes the rest of the year.
We got tired of watching good yards get bad service.
Between short summers and long winters, Mat-Su properties need a crew that treats both halves of the year as the main event. Not a lawn company that plows as an afterthought, or a plow company that mows for extra cash in July.
We run two dedicated crews so route days stay fixed, communication stays predictable, and neither service gets shortchanged when the other gets busy.

I started 49th State Lawn & Snow to give Palmer and the Valley a crew that shows up when it says it will and takes winter as seriously as summer. We're based right here in the Palmer and Lazy Mountain area, and we run two crews so neither season gets shortchanged.
Our prices are posted on the site, and anything we can't price up front gets a firm quote before we start. If something isn't right after a visit, call or text me and I'll come make it right.
